INSTALLATION
Note: Our installer may conflict
with McAfee Antivirus on some systems. To install the program, turn off
McAfee, install and then turn McAfee back on.
The CD-ROM version of the game should install automatically. If not double-click 'Setup.exe' on the CD-ROM to begin
the setup program.
The Baseball Mogul license agreement
comes first. Be sure to read this before you accept or decline.
Next, you'll receive information on the
installation and be able to choose the installation directory.
After the setup program confirms your settings,
it checks for space, and determines what it needs to install.
UPDATES
If you are currently connected to the internet, Baseball Mogul will automatically check for free updates (aka 'patches') every day that you run the game. If there is a new version, a small popup box will appear describing the new features and letting you download a self-extracting 'zip' file that will install any new files. You do need to close Baseball Mogul to complete the patch installation process.
You can also check for new versions manually by choosing 'Check For New Version' from the Help Menu.
