All products purchased directly from Sports Mogul are backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, return the product for a full refund of the purchase price. Although not required, we would appreciate a description of your problems, so we can improve the product as necessary. Please note that we reserve the right to use our own discretion in granting these refunds, as we have had individuals who have abused this policy in the past.

Downloaded Merchandise

Please send an e-mail directly to us (cjd at sportsmogul dot com or dee@sportsmogul.com ) to let us know you would like a refund. Specify which product you ordered (e.g. Baseball Mogul 2008). If possible, include your order number that was received when you downloaded the game, and/or the name and e-mail address you used when ordering the game.

Games Purchased at a Store

Games purchased at a retail store (e.g. Wal-Mart, Best Buy, GameStop) or an online retailer (e.g. Amazon.com) cannot be returned to Sports Mogul. Please check the return policy of the store where you bought the game.

Games Purchased from sportsmogul.com

Boxed versions of our games, purchased directly from Sports Mogul, can be returned for a full refund (not including shipping and handling). Send your game back to Sports Mogul within 60 days of purchase. Please include your name and address, email address, and order number.

Damaged Merchandise
