Please send an e-mail directly to me (cjd at sportsmogul dot com) to let me know you would like a refund. Specify which product you ordered (e.g. "Baseball Mogul 2007"). If possible, include your order number that was received when you downloaded the game, and the name and e-mail address you used when ordering the game.
Games purchased at a retail store (e.g. Wal-Mart, Best Buy, GameStop) or an online retailer (e.g. Amazon.com) cannot be returned to Sports Mogul. Please check the return policy of the store where you bought the game.
Boxed versions of our games, purchased directly from Sports Mogul, can be returned for a full refund (not including shipping and handling). Send your game back to Sports Mogul within 30 days of purchase. Please include your name and address, email address, and order number.
