The Baseball Mogul Encyclopedia

As many of you know, Baseball Mogul 2008 added a new feature that lets you export your entire baseball universe as a giant collection of browsable HTML pages. I liked this feature so much that I started using it whenever I wanted to look up the stats for a specific player or team.

There are some great web sites for stats, but they didn't have all the data I was looking for.

• For example, Baseball Mogul shows the pitch arsenal for each pitch on every Scouting Report. As this is data we compiled ourselves for Baseball Mogul, it isn't available on any other site.
  
  
• Baseball Mogul shows team stats and attendance together in one easy-to-read table, with each league-leading stat shown in bold type.
  
  
• We also included Team Leaders for every season and every franchise. Such as the Top-10 in 70 different batting, pitching and fielding stats on the 1998 Yankees. Or the All-Time Single-Season Yankee Leaders.
  
  
• It's easy to browse any year since 1901. Clicking on a player or team takes you to that page. And the menu bar at the top of each page lets you view any team or season quickly.

Anyway, this feature was built so that people could peruse the stats of their simulated leagues. But I've found it's rather useful for looking up historical stats. So I've decided to put it online, without any ads, for anyone who wishes to use it.
