An ugly love triangle made its way to court today between Rod Stewart's son, Sean Stewart, Kansas City Royals catcher Jason Kendall and his estranged wife, Chantel.

TMZ was in court this AM as Kendall's lawyer made a bid to allow Kendall to take the divorcing couple's two kids to Kansas City for baseball season.

Chantel, who came to court with boyfriend Sean Stewart, is trying to block the move. There have been numerous accusations between Jason and Chantel of physical and emotional abuse.

Chantel has suggested in legal papers that Jason is overusing Adderall, which he says he's taking for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
    LOL, what?!

Right-hander Anthony Ranaudo started the year as one of, if not the top college starting pitchers in the class, ranking No. 2 on the preseason Top 50. But he's made just one start due to elbow soreness, missing the last two weeks, and the school announced earlier this week that the 6-foot-7 ace will miss another week.
Could fall out of the top 5.

A trade could yield a closer to replace Joe Nathan and would protect the franchise in the future from having one player on their roster consuming 20 to 25 percent of their payroll, a formula that rarely works in baseball.
Hey, good idea! Trade the best catcher in baseball and one of the top 5 players in the game for a closer! YES!!!!!

After we trade him for Joe Mauer. They need a proven closer.

By the way, if anybody wants to buy a 1984 Detroit Tigers World Series ring.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/1984-Detroit-Tig...#ht_500wt_1182

It only has a 5k starting bid!

There's also the Oakland A's one

    http://cgi.ebay.com/1973-Oakland-As-...#ht_633wt_1165

    same price.

Watching John Lackey pitch again reminds me of just how ugly this guy is.

He's just one of those guys, that if he were on my team, I couldn't find myself rooting for him.
