- Rewrite of Trade AI.
- Improved Trade Dialog.
- Added 'hint' information from opposing General Manager.
- Added 2 data columns (Pos & Age) for players included in current offer.
- Improved "Create Counter Offer" functionality.
- Added "Clear Offered Players" button (just clears one side of trade).
- Added "Clear" buttons for cash levels on each side of trade.
- Added "Trade AI Settings" button.
- (Commissioner Mode only, and must first be enabled in League Settings.)
- Improved trade offers by computer teams to human-controlled.
- Improved Hall-Of-Fame voting.

- Bug fix: corruption of transaction info (trades) caused when expansion teams are added.
- Tweaked algorithm for Endurance changes among relievers.
- (Short appearances, such as for LOOGYs, were reducing Endurance too much).
- Bug fix: After September 1st roster expansion, 22nd batter was unavailable off the bench.
- Bug fix: Spring training stats weren't being recorded for pitchers.
- Improved written scouting reports (fixing negative sentences about star players).
- "Dialog Box Size" setting added to Options (on Tools Menu).

- Reduced in-season retirements.
- Bug fix: Utility infielders ("IF") were being shown as "IF/1B".
- Bug fix: "Signed as free agent at $0 for 0 years." (Transactions).
- Fixed minor league players with low defensive ratings.
- Fixed inflated minor league batting stats.
- Fixed missing birthdays in 2017 database (222 players).
